The Light "GT" race incorporate Nelos vast experience to create the fastest flatwater canoe hulls using the most advanced hollow TRIPLE 3k CARBON pvc vacuum heat cured construction and our surf sport design experience.
THE "GT" is designed without compromise to offer the fastest sleek design flat deck race board in the market. Multiple rail and central rocker lines are combines with complex but not exaggerated bottom contours featuring non splash entry design with a sharp nose that vastly moves into round forgiving contours that run into a subtle mono concave in the standing area which are running out into a nearly flat tail. Edges start soft and round into subtle chamfered rails that gradually ease out into a sharp release.
Triple carbon foam epoxy vacuum heat cured race boards are lighter, stiffer and faster. The standing cockpit area and monocoque body is recognizable stiff and we offer now a double sandwich construction in the standing and central bottom area to even bring more stiffness into the hull.
The boards are delivered including our beach race fin -with the signature super fast profile. This fin sits perfectly in the 10" chinook us box. Lightweight neoprene handles, sea waterproof V4A screws and washers and a comfortable 5mm diamond grip pad round up the set up.

We calculate with 6 weeks delivery time. In urgent needs we usually carry a choice of designs and colors on our stock for immediate delivery.
MAINTENANCE
The advantage of composites is that they don´t require much maintenance; of course there are some crucial rules to extend the lifetime of your race board:
- do not put it in the sun for long periods
- do not tight it too strongly on the rack and place it upside down
- never store or transport it inside the cover if the board is not well dry
- and treat it like a baby
USAGE
Raceboards should be used only by trained persons or under supervision
WARRANTY
we offer a 2 year warranty but do not take responsibility for:
- misuse
- damage caused by transport
- repairs made by unauthorized personnel
This warranty covers any fabrication defects on the board or parts, as well as changes in the material characteristics.
